Jess is a U.S. Coast Guard veteran with over twenty-five years experience in Emergency Communications. From the radio room aboard the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Rush, to the console of an extremely busy emergency dispatch center, she is thoroughly familiar with providing police, fire, EMS, and hazmat response. She has extensive training and experience in all aspects of 911 and emergency communications, with a specialty in Emergency Medical Dispatch Quality Assurance and employee wellness.
Now retired from policing, Chris has over thirty seven-years experience as a police officer. Having worked for three municipal police agencies, he worked his way through the ranks, from patrol officer, sergeant, lieutenant, captain, and chief. He is familiar with all facets and demands of the public safety profession. He has a vast amount of specialized training and certifications from various federal, state, and private entities, especially in the areas of investigations, emergency planning, administration, and community policing. Chris is an experienced instructor with over 25 years as an adjunct professor at a community college and local police academies.
Dr. Soule is the founder and president of Cloak Tactical PPT. He is one of a small number of physical therapists specializing in tactical physical therapy for public safety and military personnel. Dr. Soule understands the physical demands of our occupations. He provides valuable and quality training, assessments, and specializes in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries sustained by tactical athletes. He has experience working with a wide variety of traditional athletes including D1, NFL, MLB, USA Rugby, and Professional Tennis, along with tactical athletes including Law Enforcement, Fire & Rescue, EMS, and Active Duty Special Forces Operators. He believes all tactical athletes should have the same treatments and resources available as professional athletes and is passionate about getting his clients back to their teams and back in the fight.
Barbara Fisher is a retired police detective and EMT Intermediate. She is a certified MPTC academy instructor with a vast amount of experience in sexual assault and domestic violence investigations. Barb is certified as a child victim interviewer and has worked many cases and assisted in prosecuting many crimes against children. In addition to her expertise in investigations, she has a vast amount of knowledge and instructs in emergency medical care.
